IP adresy jsu aktuálně registrované LIRem Master Internet (master.cz) na společnost D-NET a.s. (toho času, podle justice, v likvidaci).
Pokud je používá jiná společnost, je to porušení podmínek RIPE a RIPE by měl mít možnost zasáhnout (možná je i odebrat?).
V konkrétním případě jde o PI adresy (tzv. Assignments), o kterých RIPE policy (https://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/ripe-553 ... assignment) říká:
6.6 Validity of an Assignment
All assignments are valid as long as the original criteria on which the assignment was based are still valid and the assignment is properly registered in the RIPE Database. If an assignment is made for a specific purpose and that purpose no longer exists, the assignment is no longer valid. If an assignment is based on information that turns out to be invalid, the assignment is no longer valid.
Dále v sekci 8.0:
PI space cannot be re-assigned or further assigned to other parties. PI address space can only remain assigned to a network as long as the criteria for the original assignment are maintained.
Tzn. tento typ adres nejde převést, ale opět by měl jít organizaci odebrat, pokud příděl přestane plnit původní účel.

Podle BGP looking glass to vypadá, že ta firma má (měla) i autonomní systém s číslem 33919 (AS33919) a dva tranzitní partnery:

Nicméně zmiňované IP teĎ do internetu oznamuje autonomní systém D-NETu skrz tranzitního partnera Faster CZ spol. s r.o.
