Notice Regarding the Sigfox Network Services in Czech Republic.

You are receiving this communication because your IoT devices rely on the Sigfox network currently operated in Czech Republic by Simplecell.
UnaBiz provides the core Sigfox network infrastructure and backend services to Simplecell, which in turn delivers Sigfox connectivity services to its customers.
Despite repeated efforts over an extended period to resolve the situation amicably, Simplecell has failed to meet its payment obligations towards UnaBiz under the agreement governing the provision of these services.
As a consequence, UnaBiz will suspend the services it provides to Simplecell in 8 business days from the date of this notice.
While UnaBiz has no contractual relationship with you, this suspension may affect the operation of your Sigfox-connected devices, as Simplecell may no longer be able to provide Sigfox connectivity services in Czech Republic.
This decision has been taken only after considerable efforts to avoid any disruption. UnaBiz has continued to provide services to Simplecell despite the prolonged absence of payment. Unfortunately, continuing to operate and maintain these services indefinitely without compensation is not commercially sustainable.
If maintaining uninterrupted Sigfox connectivity is critical to your business, we invite you to contact our sales team directly at ventas@unabiz.com. Our team can discuss the options available to support the continuity of your deployment, including:
Providing Sigfox connectivity directly through UnaBiz where feasible; and
Supporting the deployment of UnaBiz Micro Base Stations should a replacement network infrastructure become necessary in Czech Republic.
